Mr. Roy Fung | Chairman and CEO

Mr. Roy Fung is the Managing Director of Hexon Group, CEO of Hexon Green Capital Ltd., Founder, and Chairman of the Dialogue-in-the-Dark (HK) Foundation. Roy is a strategic thinker and successful entrepreneur; he understands the key success factors and winning strategies that contribute to a business quantum leap.  Roy brings more than 20 years of experience in Asia Pacific business and HR consulting; he has completed over 160 business consulting and M&A projects for more than 100 large local and multinational organizations in Banking, Finance and Retail in Greater China.

Ms. Athena Lam | Managing Director

Ms. Athena Lam is the Managing Director and Board Member of Hexon Green Capital Limited, responsible for green finance business development and impact investors engagement. Athena is a seasoned business leader and has more than 12 years of consulting experience providing green financing and investing, ESG, financial and human resources advisory services; she has strong passion to assist SME business owners to integrate “GREEN” into their core revenue streams for enhancing their competitive advantages and attaining higher company valuation. Athena holds a Master’s Degree in Finance and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies and Management.


Dr. Tsui Kwong Hoi | Non-Executive Director

Dr. TSUI Kwong Hoi, who is the CEO and founder of Sundial Technology Development Ltd. and obtained his Ph.D. Degree in Electronic and Computer Engineering in HKUST. Currently, he is the Honorary Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Dentistry at HKU. He is expertise in energy, environmental and materials fields. In 2016, he won the Champion of HKUST One Million Competition and also other awards in various technical competitions later in 2017 and 2018 with his innovation of anti-reflection and self-cleaning nanostructure film applied in photovoltaic (PV) devices.  Dr. TSUI also applied his extensive knowledge in providing technical consultation and innovative solutions in various aspects.

Mr. Justin Leung | Non-Executive Director

Mr. Justin Leung is the Partner of YCP Group, Principal Lecturer of HKU, and Advisor to Entrepreneurial Leaders Institute of the University of Oxford.  He has extensive experience working with global top consulting firms including McKinsey, YCP Holdings, JPMorgan Chase, and KPMG China. He successfully led multiple consulting projects in the Asia Pacific Region, including strategic planning, corporate turnaround, mergers and acquisitions, post-merger integration, and separation for Global 500 companies, government, banks, insurance companies, pharmaceutical companies, NGOs, State-owned enterprises and public listed companies.


Mr. Stephen Ma | Non-Executive Director

Mr. Stephen Ma is the CEO and Shareholder of EcoSmart Energy Management Company Limited, a company principally engaged in the provision of renewable energy project design, construction and installation. Besides, He is also an Independent Non-executive Director of Prosperous Future Holdings Limited (1259.HK). Stephen is also committed to promoting green energy, he donated part of the 'feed-in tariff' proceeds to the 'World Wide Fund for Nature Hong Kong to promote the development of renewable energy in Hong Kong. He obtained a Bachelor degree of Business Systems from Monash University in Australia in 2003 and a Master degree of Applied Finance from The University of Melbourne, Australia in 2005.

Ms. Daisy Chan | Non-Executive Director

Daisy has over 25 years of experience in branding, public affairs and business management covering a diverse portfolio including power company, insurance, public administration and higher education. During her 12 years’ stay at CLP Power as Director, the largest power company in the city serving over 2 million customers, she had been playing the key role in offering strategic advice to senior management on environmental, energy and regulatory issues with a focus on stakeholder engagement, business networking and media management. Before she left for Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) in 2016, she was leading a team of 40 staff to spearhead the public affairs and communication function for the company. Daisy continued to be the strategic adviser to senior management at HKUST and drive brand building initiatives, media relations and community engagement exercise for the institution.
